COMPREHENSIVE EYE CARE
A COMPREHENSIVE, Preventative Approach
We value patient-centred eyecare. It’s at the heart of our approach. Our optometrists will communicate with you in plain English, respect your decisions, and encourage your participation in your care.
We make no assumptions and work collaboratively with you and your healthcare professionals to provide the highest standard of care. You won’t need a referral to see us, but any reports you provide help us stay in contact with your other healthcare providers.
Our preventative approach allows us to monitor and maintain your eye health effectively, and we can connect you with specialists outside our services if needed.
BOOKING YOUR APPOINTMENT
Easily schedule an appointment via HotDoc or by calling us directly. We offer flexible scheduling to accommodate your needs.
INITIAL CONSULTATION
During your first visit, we take the time to understand your eye health history, lifestyle, and any concerns you may have. This helps us plan for your specific needs.
DIAGNOSTIC TESTING
Using our state-of-the-art diagnostic equipment, we conduct thorough examinations to detect any eye conditions early.
TREATMENT & MANAGEMENT
Based on your results, our optometrists will discuss the best treatment options with you. We provide personalised and inter-disciplinary care plans.
FOLLOW-UP CARE
We offer continuity of care and ongoing support. Regular follow-ups ensure your eye health is monitored, and any changes are addressed promptly.
OUR APPROACH
We believe in providing a seamless and supportive experience for our patients.
From the moment you book your appointment to the follow-up care, we ensure that every step of your journey is smooth and personalised.

DIAGNOSTICS TO UNDERSTAND YOU
Our practice is fitted with comprehensive diagnostic and imaging equipment to detect eye disease early, enabling us to help you manage a wide range of conditions.
Our optometrists are all therapeutically endorsed. This means that we can advise and prescribe medicated eye drops to manage infections and sore, red, or itchy eyes.
We also work together with GPs and ophthalmologists to support people who need medications for glaucoma, inflammatory conditions, and following eye injuries or trauma.
